  • What is Kuply Water Bottle made of? Plastic or Glass?

We always focus on customers' safety and convenience during researching and producing products. A 32-oz glass bottle is heavy and easy to be broken. That's why we chose Tritan co-polyester plastic that is 100% BPA and toxin-free to ensure that water is clear of harmful chemicals, plastic taste, or weird odors.

  • Is Kuply Water Bottle BPA-Free?

Yes - all of Kuply Water Bottle is 100% BPA-Free.

  • Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

Kuply 32oz bottle is NOT dishwasher safe. We highly recommend you wash the bottle by hand with warm water and soap.

  • How often should I clean my bottle?

We recommend cleaning your bottle and lid once per day to ensure that it remains mold and germ-free.
You should hand wash your bottle with hot water and non-abrasive dish soap. Do not use cleansers with harsh chemicals like bleach or chlorine as they can ruin your bottle.

  • How long will the stainless steel tumbler keep the liquids stay cold?

With the double-walled vacuum insulated, the tumbler keeps your drinks cold for up to 24 hours & hot for up to 12 hours.

About Managing Order

1. General

  • Will I receive an email of my order confirmation and tracking info?

You will receive your order confirmation immediately following your order. Within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation, you can change your information (such as name, address, phone number…) or cancel your order.

It will take approximately 5-7 days for you to receive tracking information.

  • How long does it take to receive products?

All orders typically arrive between 25-30 business days after shipment via USPS after receiving tracking number.
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day. After that time, the cancellation will no longer be entertained. Please contact us via cs@kuply.com to request for any change or cancellation.

Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be modified or canceled.

Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

2. Production

  • How long does it take to produce an item?

Production Time will take 3 – 4 business days. Each of our product is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

3. Delivery

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do.

  • What are your shipping methods?

We use DHL, USPS, UPS to ship all orders.

  • What are your shipping rates?

We are having 2 delivery services:

1. First-Class Mail® Delivery (15-21 Days Shipping Time): The shipping cost is $7.99, plus $3/item.

2. FedEx Express® (4 - 6 Days Shipping Time): The shipping cost is $20.00, plus $3/item

4. Refund Policy

  • What is our Refund policy?

We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, there is no one product that works for everyone.

Unfortunately, we can’t take back open product simply because GFUEL is consumable and could have been tampered with after opening.

Requirements for a Refund

  • Item(s) must be unopened and in its original condition;
  • Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging and with accessories and paperwork;
  • Item(s) must be returned using an insured and traceable shipping method;

Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2017, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2017)

Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used. This includes gift cards. We cannot refund another form of payment if a gift card was used at checkout.

We strongly encourage you to call us before returning any product to consult with a customer service representative on the eligibility of your order for return or exchange.

If you choose to return your order without consulting a representative, and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued, and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.

Note: We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or special promotion. This includes but is not limited to: Buy 1 Get 1 Free sales, discount codes greater than 10%, or Free Shipping promotions.

  • What if the item(s) I received are defective/ incorrect/ damaged?

Please contactour Customer Support team to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:

1. Order number
2. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
3. Complete delivery address
4. Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
